Belly dance is an exercise which requires flexibility and softness and works on your whole body. It's most effective for toning your arms, shoulder, waist, abdomen, hip and thighs. Its beautiful moves and steps enhance your self-confidence and charm. It's also very effective for slimming and relieving stress.
I learnt this mysterious, sexy and artistic dance from various big masters. I have been teaching belly dance at various fitness centres and have also participated in many performances. I also teach private classes.
