I discovered that I was suffering from a mild case of scoliosis when I came to yoga practice. I then dedicated herself to practicing yoga in order to relieve my back pain which I had suffered from the lack of sleeping for many years.
I have undertaken relevant training and practice (qualified personal fitness trainer and pilates instructor) for rectification of my spinal curvature and wellness. I believe that yoga practice is a life-long journey and that it benefits the body and mind, 100% patience and commitment are required to achieve a perfect change. As an extension of my personal practicing, I also teach, using my own personal experience to help people suffering from variety problems and helping my students enjoy life.
