What is "3 main Nadis"? What is "7 Chakras"?

☆☆☆(PDF Answer Download Link)☆☆☆

Answer :

Important terminologies
Prana means vital energy or life force.
Nadis are subtle channels or tubes through which prana flows. The three most important nadia are the ida (left), pingala (right) and sushumna (centre).

Chakra means “wheel”. The charkas are pranic energy centres at specific areas in the body. There are 7 major charkas located along the sushumna nadi through the spinal cord.
Yoga purifies and strengthens nadis and hence stimulates the flow of energy through the charkas and activates them. This awakens the dormant areas in the brain allowing one to discover new potentials and experience higher planes of consciousness.
